Trash Bin Cleaning Policies

  • We are happy to reschedule you for any reason. Please call or email us at least one day prior to your service to reschedule your service. If you fail to contact us one day in advance and we service your bins, you will be charged for the service. If you fail to call ahead and we show up to unservicable bins, we will charge you our $10 service fee.

  • We hate to see any of our customers leave, but we understand that life gets crazy. If you would like to cancel your service, please call or email us (at least one day prior to your scheduled service) and we will cancel your service but would be happy to bring you back on whenever the time is right!

    If you are on our monthly or quarterly program and have not had three cleanings, we will charge your previous cleanings at our one-time rate and rebill you the difference.

    If you have already paid for a year in advance, we can offer you a refund for half of the remaining services. For example, if you cancel after eight monthly cleanings, we will refund two. If you cancel after two quarterly services, you will be refunded one.

  • Once you sign up for recurring services (not one-time services) you will automatically be renewed each for each service. If you pay for a year in advance, we will still service you in after, and resend an invoice for the next year (You may elect to change to pay per service at any time)

    If you do not pay two consecutive invoices, or are 45 days overdue, we will automatically stop your renewal and you may have additional fees or charges.

  • You want your bins cleaned and we want to clean them—nothing is more frustating for us both then when we are unable to do so. If we come to service your bins and they are unservicable for any reason (full of trash, locked away, etc) we will send an invoice for a $10 service charge and have to reschedule you.

    Our prices are the same regardless if you have one bin or two. Therefor, if one bin in unserviceable, we will clean the other at our normal rate. If you find yourself in this situation, we will re-schedule your other bin one time for a $10 service charge, and bill you at your normal rate for any additional services after.

    We understand that there are often issues with trash pickup or other challenges outside your grasp. We ask that if you anticipate these issues, please call and reschedule the day before.

  • We kindly ask that you pay your invoice on the day of your service. We will always send an invoice immediately following service, and we will send courtsey reminders via email and text two days, seven day, and fourteen days after. If you fail to pay your invoice after 30 days, we will add a $10 surcharge and an additional $5 surcharge for every addtional week after. Our service is great and our prices are very fair so we ask that we never have to worry about adding any surcharges due to late or non payments.

  • We will be happy to service two bins for our current rates. We will charge $5 for any additional bin after two. This includes any additional trash bin, recycling bin, or even an inside trash can.

  • HOA services can be a great way to make a whole community cleaner and healthier…and at a discount.

    We offer two solutions for HOAs:

    1. We can offer a package deal for the HOA to pay through their dues in which we can service the entire community at a great discount.

    2. We can offer a one time neighborhood service day. This would offer an opportunity for a all members of the community to get a one time service for $15 individually (instead of $55).

    Please reach out if either of these interests you or your HOA.

  • Recycling Bins are generally cleaner and easier to service. However, recyling pickup and trash pickup days often conflict and make it hard to find a service time where both are empty.

    We typically schedule our service day the day after your trash pickup to ensure we can clean the trash bins. If your trash bins are servicable but your recyling is not, we will service your trash bins and bill you at your current rate. If you would like to ensure the recycling bins get cleaned properly please either ensure the recycling bin is empty, temporarily remove the recyclables for our service, or request a different service date that works best for both bins.

  • Bulk Cleaning Prices are available for businesses or neighborhoods that need service to twenty or more bins. We make sure to offer the best prices for bulk cleanings possible, so please call us for an estimate and we will give you our best deal based on your location, frequency, and number of bins.

Power Washing Policies

  • If we can perform a service, we will give you a quote. Our capabilities are endless for almost any power washing job. This includes:

    Soft washing, surface washing, fleet washing, houses, decks, driveways, patios, fences, gutters, playgrounds, windows, rust removal, and many more.

  • We are always just as proud and happy as our customers when a job is completed. As per our terms and conditions, we often post before and after pictures online or showcase videos of our work being completed. If you have any issues with posting content online, or if you would like request certain areas or items not be posted, please let us know ahead of time and we will work with you to make you happy!

  • We are happy to reschedule you for any reason. Please call or email us at least one day prior to your service to reschedule your service. If you fail to contact us one day in advance, you will be charged a $50 service fee. If you fail to call ahead and we show up to an unservicable jobsite, you will be charged a $50 service fee.

    Scheduling in a business which productivity relies upon the weather can be difficult. Inclement weather may affect scheduling. We try our best to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum, however, circumstances that are beyond our control may affect your project start and completion dates. You will be notified of any changes.

  • We hate to see any of our customers leave, but we understand that life gets crazy. If you would like to cancel your service, please call or email us (at least one day prior to your scheduled service) and we will cancel your service but would be happy to bring you back on whenever the time is right!

    There is a $50.00 cancellation fee if cancellation notice is not given within 24 hours of service, or if the Company arrives and cannot wash due to other agreed policies not being followed.

  • We kindly ask that you pay your invoice on the day of your service. We will always send an invoice immediately following service, and we are able to accept cash, checks, venmo, or credit cards on site.

  • Removal of any obstacles or items in the way of power washing capabilities need to be removed prior to our job by the homeowner or the business. This includes things such as vehicles in driveways, grills, furniture, planters, and any other items. An additional charge may be applied for time and labor devoted to the removal and replacement of these items.

    If you know ahead of time you will need out help moving these items, please reach out ahead of time so we can plan accordingly and help you out!

  • The Bin Spa & Power Washing Pressure Washing, Inc. is not responsible for damages due to improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, loose or improperly installed gutters and leaders and improper caulking. In every aluminum siding case and in some cases with vinyl siding, the sun and weather will bleach the color or cause fading. Power washing, which entails removal of chalky, gritty or failing surface materials may cause the faded aspects of the vinyl or aluminum to stand out. The Bin Spa & Power Washing Pressure Washing, Inc. will not be responsible for such conditions. The Bin Spa & Power Washing Pressure Washing, Inc. will not be responsible for loose mortar that may dislodge during the cleaning process.

  • Unfortunately, some stains cannot be removed by power washing. Tree sap, artillery fungus, splatters from stains and paints are examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means.

    We make every attempt to point these areas out to the customer when quoting the project. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all.

  • The appearance of concrete depends on a number of factors most linked to when the concrete was initially poured and cured. When concrete with dirt, mold, mildew, algae and other pollutants and stains is cleaned, the concrete will then reveal any and all imperfections that the pollutants and stains have covered up. The customer understands that not all concrete will look the same even on the same driveway, patio, sidewalk or concrete slab.

  • To be able to perform power washing services, we need to use various amounts of water. We always show up with 100 gallons of our own water, but this is often not enough for complete jobs.

    We reserve the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the project without compensation. If an exterior water supply is required, it will be at an additional charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and in working order before we arrive. Additional charges will be applied if water is not available.

Dumpster Cleaning Policies

  • Our goal is to keep your dumpster smelling great, looking great, and free from pests such as flies and rats. To do this:

    We Power Wash the outside and inside of your dumpster with 200+ degree water. By using degreasers and hot water pressure, we can remove most of the grime and dirt.

    We Power Wash the dumpster pad and any associated walkways to the dumpster.

    We Disinfect and Sanitize the Dumpster. This is done through a combination of environmentally friendly chemicals and our proprietary deodorizer and rat repellent spray.

    We use a water recovery system to suck up all the leftover dirty water and bring it with us to an approved dumping location.

    We send you a before and after picture and leave you with a great smelling and clean dumpster!

If you would like to cancel your service, please call or email us (at least one day prior to your scheduled service) and we will cancel your service but would be happy to bring you back on whenever the time is right!

    We always schedule dumspter cleanings to be within 3 hours of a dumpster trash pickup. Please call ahead if there are anticapted delays or if the trash pickup has not arrived 30 minutes prior to our scheduled service.
