Glenn Grisham

Glenn is The Bin Spa’s Operations Manager, Power Washing Division Lead, and our longest-tenured team member. A proud Army veteran, Glenn served as a 15T Black Hawk helicopter mechanic, where he developed the leadership, discipline, and mechanical expertise that continue to shape the way he leads our team today.

In addition to his military service, Glenn brings valuable small-business experience from companies including Vivint and Black Rifle Coffee Company. His combination of hands-on mechanical knowledge, leadership experience, and operational judgment makes him the perfect person to oversee our day-to-day operations, keep our fleet and equipment running smoothly, and help ensure every job gets completed the right way.

Beginning in November, Glenn will also lead The Bin Spa’s power washing division as we continue expanding the services we offer throughout Central Texas.

Glenn’s favorite part of working at The Bin Spa is helping build and develop the team around him. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife of more than 20 years and their three daughters, watching his girls play volleyball, and relaxing out on the lake.

Logan Stafford

Logan is one of The Bin Spa’s true jacks-of-all-trades. As both a technician and one of our sales leads, he brings a rare mix of hands-on ability and strong people skills to the team. Whether we need help making a repair, working through a challenge in the field, or building a new customer relationship, Logan is always ready to jump in.

Logan plays an important role in both serving our customers and helping grow The Bin Spa throughout Central Texas. One of his favorite parts of the job is introducing people to professional trash bin cleaning, especially families who may have never considered it before, and showing them the difference it can make.

Outside of work, Logan is very active in his church community. He also enjoys working on his truck, learning new skills, and finding new projects to take on.

If you see Logan out on the route or around the community, be sure to stop and say hello!

One of Sean’s favorite parts of the job is meeting new customers and introducing people to professional bin cleaning for the first time. He enjoys helping customers see the difference a clean, fresh bin can make and takes pride in providing great service throughout the community.

Our Story

The Bin Spa, like most companies, started off as an idea. In 2020, Professional Trash Bin Cleaning was still a new concept and Bell County had yet to have a business to offer these services. With the help of Matt Irvine, The Bin Spa was started and launched in November 2020! At this time, we were still at the tail end of Covid-19, and we were happy to help eliminate bacteria and viruses (such as covid) from bins all over Bell County.

We started off with just an F150 pickup truck with a little bin cleaning apparatus in the bed—we offered services to Belton, Temple, and Salado. Quickly word got out about our company and our services, and our early users started telling all of their friends and family about us and helped us get the ball rolling to grow. Many of our original customers are still with us today!

Brendan took over operations as the owner in July of 2022. A West Point graduate, Brendan was finishing up his MBA with LSU and his time as an Army Air Defense Officer and saw the potential for this company to grow to unimaginable heights. Right away, The Bin Spa expanded into Killeen and Harker Heights to bring this incredible service to all of Bell County. He quickly upgraded to the most specialized and effective trash bin cleaning truck we could find to increase efficiency, provide an even better service, and open up capacity for more of our community!

In April 2024, The Bin Spa bought and merged with The Mobile Bin Bath in Williamson County. In record time, we seamlessly integrated the companies under one brand and expanded services to all of Williamson County again! Brendan and Michael Lynch, the former owner of The Mobile Bin Bath, had built a friendship that allowed for the trust and transition to occur to keep everybody’s bin happy and healthy throughout the merger!

The Bin Spa focused on expanding it’s footprint. Our values are to put people at the heart of everything we do, not trash bins. We started focusing on community events, charity, and helping wherever we could! In 2025, we became the Extraco Banks ‘Extraprenuer’ winner for Bell and Williamson Counties! We built a boat for the Lions club Whacky boat race out of trash bins, and in October of 2025, we put on our very first charity event: Trash Pong—a charity beer pong tournmant with Bold Republic to help raise money and toys for the Blue Santa Toy Drive.

In September 2025, we purchased our 3rd truck to help us continue to grow and serve as much of Central Texas Community as possible! Shortly after in December of 2025, we took over operations at Ohana Bin Wash, based out of Pflugerville and Hutto, and merged them in with the rest of The Bin Spa Family!

With the help of our trucks and our incredible team, we are still constantly growing and helping our Bell and Williamson county communities have a happier, healthier, and more beautiful environment! We look forward to continuously being an integral part of our community and we can’t wait to help you however we can!

How our process works

Lift it.

First, our custom lift system places your dirty cans above our 360-degree rotating, pressurized spray head.

Capture it.

The dirty water runs through our filtration system which collects and contains all of the debris from your bin and delivers the dirty water to our holding tank.

Clean it.

Clean water then travels from our water tank and into our water heater. The water is heated between 180-200 degrees and delivered through our pressurized system.

Dispose it.

Waste water is then disposed of properly at a waste station daily following all of the cleans.

Sanitize it.

From there, our cleaning head washes your can with hot water at 3,500 psi on a 360-degree rotation to destroy all dirt, biological materials, and grime.

Finishing it.

Our expert technicians hand wash the outside of the bin and hand dry the bin for the best clean in the industry.

Are you ready to love your bins again?
