Our Story
The Bin Spa, like most companies, started off as an idea. In 2020, Professional Trash Bin Cleaning was still a new concept and Bell County had yet to have a business to offer these services. With the help of Matt Irvine, The Bin Spa was started and launched in November 2020! At this time, we were still at the tail end of Covid-19, and we were happy to help eliminate bacteria and viruses (such as covid) from bins all over Bell County.
We started off with just an F150 pickup truck with a little bin cleaning apparatus in the bed—we offered services to Belton, Temple, and Salado. Quickly word got out about our company and our services, and our early users started telling all of their friends and family about us and helped us get the ball rolling to grow. Many of our original customers are still with us today!
Brendan took over operations as the owner in July of 2022. A West Point graduate, Brendan was finishing up his MBA with LSU and his time as an Army Air Defense Officer and saw the potential for this company to grow to unimaginable heights. Right away, The Bin Spa expanded into Killeen and Harker Heights to bring this incredible service to all of Bell County. He quickly upgraded to the most specialized and effective trash bin cleaning truck we could find to increase efficiency, provide an even better service, and open up capacity for more of our community!
In March of 2023, we decided to add all power washing services to our arsenal. We trained and equipped ourselves to offer residential and commercial power washing services, from soft washing houses, to large concrete surface washings, we made sure we can fulfill our mission to help create a happier, healthier, and more beautiful central Texas!
In April 2024, The Bin Spa bought and merged with The Mobile Bin Bath in Williamson County. In record time, we seamlessly integrated the companies under one brand and expanded services to all of Williamson County again! Brendan and Michael Lynch, the former owner of The Mobile Bin Bath, had built a friendship that allowed for the trust and transition to occur to keep everybody’s bin happy and healthy throughout the merger!
Around the same time, we partned with our good friends at HNH Pavement Markings to be able to provide a full range of parking lot solutions. Through our subsidiary, The Bin Spa Parking Lot Solutions, we were able to start offering full parking lot solutions services including power washing, street weeping, crack filling, sealcoating, and line striping!
With the help of our trucks and our incredible team, we are still constantly growing and helping our Bell and Williamson county communities have a happier, healthier, and more beautiful environment! We look forward to continuously being an integral part of our community and we can’t wait to help you however we can!
How our process works
Lift it.
First, our custom lift system places your dirty cans above our 360-degree rotating, pressurized spray head.
Capture it.
The dirty water runs through our filtration system which collects and contains all of the debris from your bin and delivers the dirty water to our holding tank.
Clean it.
Clean water then travels from our water tank and into our water heater. The water is heated between 180-200 degrees and delivered through our pressurized system.
Dispose it.
Waste water is then disposed of properly at a waste station daily following all of the cleans.
Sanitize it.
From there, our cleaning head washes your can with hot water at 3,500 psi on a 360-degree rotation to destroy all dirt, biological materials, and grime.
Finishing it.
Our expert technicians hand wash the outside of the bin and hand dry the bin for the best clean in the industry.
